How do I decide which protocol to begin?
A good place to start is by filling out this Assessment Form.
I would suggest filling it out on a laptop or desktop computer if you can.
The assessment is very thorough and may help you better understand where you could be experiencing dysfunction.
Ideally, you would retake this assessment every 90 days to monitor your symptoms as you progress through your protocol.
For those who have 2 or more totals in RED, we generally advise the Comprehensive Protocol for best results.
If not, the Foundational Protocol may be the right fit for you.
Some people choose to combine the Foundational and Comprehensive Protocols, to create what we call the Expedited Protocol.
If you're dealing with low levels of chronic illness, infection, or symptoms that come and go, the foundational protocol is a great place to start. This 4-month, 4-step approach was created to help you touch on the main aspects of health restoration that are foundational for your success.

If you're dealing with intense levels of chronic illness and are ready to dive all in, work through the Comprehensive Protocol. This 9-month, 5-phase approach is designed to go deep into each Phase of the Roadmap to Health as you journey toward complete health restoration.

The Expedited Protocol is where you would take the maximum amount of products, in the shortest period of time. You would use the products for Phase 1, 2, 3, & 4a, and only complete 1 month of each Phase. This is not recommended for those who are often sensitive to supplements.

Each month you are ordering products, be sure to ask yourself these questions.
Am I pooping 1 or fewer times per day?
If so, add Bowel Mover
Do I need additional energy support?
Consider adding BC-ATP or CT-Minerals
Do I need digestive enzyme support?
Consider adding CT-Zyme
Do I need hormone balance support?
Consider adding S-TRO
Do I need inflammation support?
Consider adding IFC (Short for Inflammation Control)
Do I need blood sugar support?
If so, Add GCO (Short for Glucose Optimzier)
Note: I share even more protocol adjustments and add-ons in the CellCore Protocol Support Group to help you better personalize your protocol to your needs.
