I know that recovering from chronic health symptoms can be incredibly expensive and complicated. I hope to make this as simple and affordable for you as possible. At this time, the only cost will be purchasing the supplements. In order to be eligible to participate in the Facebook support group, you must purchase the supplements through me as your practitioner. (I earn some commission when you order. The commission I receive will be your “payment” to make this sustainable for me.) Once you join as a customer, you can see the pricing for all products, and all steps/phases of the protocol.
All coaching and support will happen within the Facebook Group. I host Q&As, share education regarding the products, coach on how to adjust dosing, how to mitigate potential “healing reactions”, and so on. If you participate, I would love for you to share your journey as well. Our Facebook Group is turning into a strong community of women and men who encourage each other and help keep each other accountable throughout this process.
Although some of the products are safe to take during pregnancy, the Foundational and Comprehensive Protocols are not recommended.
Many breastfeeding women have completed the protocols, with some adjustments. Personally, I nursed my son the entire time I was on the Comprehensive Protocol. All of Phase 1/Step 1 can be safe for breastfeeding. It is often wise to wait until your little one is at least 3-6 months old before beginning. There is a guide in the Facebook Group with the information needed to know for the other Steps/Phases.
Yes, you may continue with other supplements if you wish. If there is a certain supplement that you consistently feel much better taking, I would continue that supplement. If you aren't really seeing a difference anymore, I would consider pausing it or stopping it. Sometimes less can be more. You may also find that your other supplements are much more effective after walking through the protocol.
Always consult your doctor or pharmacist regarding this topic before making any changes. In general, we do advise keeping all supplements at least 2 hours away from any medications.
There is no recommended diet that is required to follow to join the group. Nutrition is very bio-individual, and each person should be working to nourish themselves in whatever way that is best for them. I do certainly advise avoiding processed foods, hydrogenated oils, and artificial ingredients, especially.
